• Not duplicate, resell, or misuse our digital content or templates

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Digital products and services are non-refundable once work has begun or product has been accessed.

• Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of payment.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and strategies created by NBUILDS remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

• You may not reuse, reproduce, or redistribute our materials without permission.

5. Client Content

• You retain ownership of content (e.g., logos, product images) you provide to us.

• You grant us permission to use it for building, marketing, or showcasing your project unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

NBUILDS is not liable for:

• Any loss of revenue, data, or business arising from the use of our services

• Platform issues (Shopify, payment gateway downtimes, etc.)

• Third-party plugin or app behavior

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service or project without refund if:

• Terms are violated

• Abuse, fraud, or illegal activity is suspected

8. Modifications

NBUILDS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Kerala, India.
